Being a Member

Client Interviews. Members conduct in-person interviews with those seeking assistance. Interviews are scheduled based on members' availability, usually in the morning or early afternoon. Two members conduct each interview following a set format to gather specific information about the applicant's needs. These interviews take about an hour. 

Meetings and Communication. Members meet once a month (usually the 3rd Wednesday at 6:30 PM). In addition to meetings, sharing of society information and other communication is done mostly via email and sometimes via phone.
